These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of businessbeaker.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any product or service sold by Business Beaker LLC ("Business Beaker," "we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you confirm that you can form a binding contract, that you'll comply with these Terms, and that all information you provide us is accurate. If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the Site or purchase our products.
2. What We Sell
Business Beaker sells: The 15-Day Business Blueprint, a 100-page digital guide and workbook delivered as instant digital access after checkout, one-time purchase, $79.00 at time of writing (prices are shown at checkout and may change). One-Hour Business Coaching, a scheduled, one-on-one coaching call, sold on its own or at a discount when purchased alongside the guide. The Business Beaker Notebook, a physical, print-on-demand hardcover journal line (one per periodic-table element), sourced and fulfilled in the US.
Product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are as accurate as we can make them, but we don't guarantee they're error-free, and we reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
3. Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify's payment infrastructure; we don't store your full payment card details ourselves. Digital products (the guide, coaching calls) are billed in full at time of purchase, one-time, with no recurring subscription.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which covers the 15-Day Action-Taker Guarantee for the digital guide, coaching call rescheduling, and the physical Notebook line. This section incorporates that policy by reference.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the 15-Day Business Blueprint guide and workbook - including its text, worksheets, structure, design, and the Business Beaker brand name, logo, and monogram - is the property of Business Beaker LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the guide for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repurpose the guide's content (in whole or in part) without our written permission.
6. No Guaranteed Outcomes
The 15-Day Business Blueprint and any coaching call are educational content and guidance. We don't guarantee any specific business result, income, or outcome from using them - your results depend on your own effort, market, and circumstances. Nothing in the guide, on a coaching call, or on this Site is financial, legal, or tax advice; consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Beaker LLC and its owners/operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that purchase.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
