Business Beaker LLC ("Business Beaker," "we," "us") sells two kinds of products: digital (the 15-Day Business Blueprint guide/workbook, and one-hour coaching calls) and a small line of physical, print-on-demand goods (the Business Beaker Notebook line). Because these are different kinds of products, they're covered by different terms below.
- The 15-Day Business Blueprint (digital guide) - the 15-Day Action-Taker Guarantee
The 15-Day Business Blueprint is a 100-page digital guide and workbook delivered instantly after checkout. There is no physical item to ship or return. Because of that, "refund" here means our stated guarantee, not a generic return window:
If you do the work and it doesn't pay off, we'll refund you - provided you meet the real condition: finish every exercise in the workbook and contact us within 15 days of your purchase date to submit it for review. We'll review it and process your refund.
This is not a no-questions-asked refund. It's an action-taker guarantee: it exists for people who genuinely did the 15 days of work and want their money back if it didn't pay off, not for a general change of mind or an unopened purchase. We can't refund a request that doesn't include a completed workbook, or one made after the 15-day window.
Refunds under this guarantee are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
2. One-Hour Business Coaching Call
Coaching calls are sold as a scheduled service, either on their own ($200) or bundled with the guide at a discount. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as you know and we'll find a new time - we don't currently charge a rescheduling fee.
3. The Business Beaker Notebook (physical, print-on-demand)
The Notebook line is a custom, print-on-demand physical product (matte hardcover journal, one per periodic-table element), sourced and fulfilled in the US. If your notebook arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us with your order number (we'll follow up to request a photo) and we'll send a replacement or refund it. Because these are made-to-order, we can't accept returns for a simple change of mind once an order has been placed.
